MST'S RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT Marine Science Technologies, Inc. is always pleased to assist customers and vendors in selecting the proper kit for their applications. However, if a vendor or customer orders a kit, and or parts, from any source other than MST Direct Sales, and we ship what was ordered, we do not assume any responsibility for replacement, shipping costs, or any other costs. Of course we will be happy to help to rectify such issues, but the correction costs will be borne by vendor or customer. Also because of the thousands of different engine configurations and installations that are constantly changing, MST does not assume any liability or responsibility for incorrect or incomplete installations, since both are outside of our control. If you suspect an mstGuardian product or system is not performing properly, then immediately contact product support at 1-800-543-3559 or mstguardian@knology.net for technical support or instructions. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
MST GUARDIAN WARRANTY
MST warrants your new MST Guardian to you,
the original purchaser, for as long as you own the boat on which the
Guardian has been installed, and warrants any of the supplied components for
one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If your MST
Guardian fails due to parts failure, defect or poor workmanship during the
warranty period, return it and we will send you a replacement unit at no
charge. You must send in your
completed warranty registration card providing the boat and engine
identification data requested within 30 days of product purchase to receive
a full lifetime warranty. Products with no warranty registration only carry
a two-year warranty from date of purchase. This MST Guardian warranty does
not cover labor, fittings, hangers, hoses or other system components, which
may be required at the time of replacement.
There is no other express warranty and this warranty supercedes all
prior warranties. Marine Science
Technologies, Inc., any retailer or representative thereof shall not be
liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or
in connection with product use or performance except as might otherwise be
accorded by law (which varies from state to state). If your Guardian
requires service under the terms of this warranty, send your unit and this
warranty certificate, to the address shown below.
This warranty gives specific legal rights. You also may have other
rights, which vary, from state to state.
Merchandise Return Policy Within 30 days of purchase with RMA Number. A 20% restocking fee will apply to re-inventory and repackage products. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS. NO RETURN ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
C.O.D. ORDERS To cover the additional costs involved in shipping merchandise Cash On Delivery (COD), Marine Science Technologies, Inc. normally adds 4 % of the total sales price, plus $6.50 (US). These charges are in addition to the regular shipping charges. At this time MST, Inc. cannot do international CODs.
